Come and give rugby a 'try'!
We welcome any boys and girls to join us for a trial training session in beautiful Southwold. All new players are welcome, whether you have ever picked up a rugby ball or not.

Under 7's mainly comprise players from school years 1 and 2. At this age group we play tag rugby, and hence this is a non contact version of the sport, giving children a fantastic opportunity to learn skills such as passing, catching, and of course running to score a try!

Training takes place on the common at Southwold on Sunday's, from 10am until approximately 11.30am. When we do there is no need to contact us in advance; feel free to just turn up - tracksuits and trainers are fine.
