Our Ladies' team, the Southwold Swallows, start their third season in RFUW SEN2. Having recruited a lot of new players and putting more time and effort into training. 2013/14 season looks bright !!! We are always looking for new players regardless or your experience in rugby we would love to see you for training and/or matches. Training every Wednesday night 7:30 till 9pm @ Southwold Rugby Club
